Vattenfall Deploys a specialized vessel for installing offshore wind





SWEDEN - (EU) - 25/02/2011 - 3B Consulting - by Isabelle de Broglie - The Danish company Swire Ocean Blue which has a long experience in building vessels for the transportation and installation of offshore wind turbines, has been chosen by the Swedish Vattenfall to provide the Pacific Orca. This highly specialized vessel will transport the 80 Siemens turbines for offshore wind farm of Dan Tyska, located 69 km west of the island of Sylt in the North Sea. Swire Pacific Offshore
