In some universities the implementation of the LRU results in registration fees than a thousand euros for the 2008 academic year. Plan for Success in Licensing will apply to the early years when In late summer 2008. Report Pochard will completely deconstruct the structures of education from primary to tertiary. The Campus Plan will create a budget reduction of over 20% to 74 universities, while the 10 centers of excellence will increase about 30%.
