KAEDI ROCKING IN THE CAMP KHB

As they arrived a few days after starting the campaign Ousmane Kamara and Boubacar Diagana president and coordinator of support committee in Paris , opened, in a wonderful symbiosis, new methods of mobilization. And the results - keep - did not wait.

By their steadfast commitment to the cause of KHB, and especially their knowledge of the field, these two executives have put at once one and the other implementing their mobilizing capacity, to expand the outpouring of support ... and to bring political discourse to the corners and crannies of Mauritania.

is coming out of meetings, the chairman of the committee held in Nouakchott, the winning strategy took shape. These meetings have, in fact, given the presence of important personalities, including Farba Habibou N'Diaye, Demba Otoro , Wali Saïdou Sow, Diop Abderahmane .

Then with their blessing, the leaders of support committee in Paris won Kaédi. Refreshed and confident. Capital Gorgol was worth more than a detour, because of its historic role in building the state, but also its status as a reservoir election.

Illustrated in its radical opposition to the defunct dictatorial regime of Taya, the city Kaédi has repeatedly called national unity and strengthening the democratic process. It is in this perspective that we can capture the interest it gives today's program KHB candidate based on a comprehensive diagnosis of the trends that continue to undermine national cohesion and democratic transition.

Moreover, the campaign, beating drums, resulted in the adoption program by KHB people while he was still waiting for a meeting. True to its tradition of making choices in the interests of the nation Kaédi committed before the plurality offers policy, elect the candidate of youth to the highest office. This trust involves precisely determining undeniable candidate to introduce changes in depth and break with the politics of austria, comprising elastic return tomorrow to the implementation of fundamental reforms.

Ultimately, as in the south east, victory is emerging and becoming clearer. And if we write the chronicle of a previously announced ... triumph in grand style.

Development of a large militant Hamidou Kane Baba, Ms. Ba

History Ms. Bâ born Safiétou Kane worth telling, because this great activist is about to accomplish a daunting task at Willaya of Nouakchott by an awareness campaign in homes, to ensure that its candidate, the victory on Election Day.

Leaking Clear Liquid On My Period

intelligentsia Mauritanian friendly KHB : The example of REMEDY

The next presidential election will take place in our country will be an opportunity for many of our fellow citizens to get involved in politics and speak to one of four candidates . The route and the pedigree of the latter will be decisive in the choice of Mauritanians, and more, in the choice of our young intellectuals. We know that any country that aspires to one day get out of the rut, to reach a respectable level of development, can and should happen to those who by their knowledge, analytical skills, critical thinking and foresight can contribute to building their country.

In our case, we should welcome the involvement of REMEDY ( Mauritanian Network for Democracy and Enlightenment ), created within the last two years, but whose sense of patriotism and commitment is recognized on So much so that the REMEDY decided not to stay on the sidelines of political debate. This network, composed of bright young intellectuals, most executives in the private or public sector, has very quickly become aware of the role it can play in creating a genuine democracy in our country, which can not allow the economy to the high quality of its intellectuals.
The wealth of a country also depends on its ability to efficiently use all its resources , but unfortunately, when we talk about resources, we often tend to reduce to the purely economy. What would serve our economic resources, so even those who are supposed to manage them are not skilled enough for the job? All candidates for the election of June 6 are at least agree on one thing: Mauritania suffers from bad management for several decades and it is time for our leaders to finally solve put men need to the right place, to paraphrase the famous saying imperfectly Anglo-Saxon, if these leaders want to allow our country to succeed his recovery. is discussed in the various programs of the candidates to fight against corruption, moralization of the administration's sense of ethics and so on, but the result is that until we have not understood that we must do our revolution of ideas, we will always lag behind.

One of the strengths of REMEDY lies in its dynamism and youth. The candidate KHB aims to give these young people all over the place it deserves, law, moreover, because having the advantage of time, the prime of life and the desire to adapt to changes our time. Far be it from me to throw stone for our seniors, but Mauritania has a successful mutation, as all countries in the world. For this, men and women who have contributed to the creation of the Mauritanian state after independence and, for some of them still continue to revolve around power, must accept that the era of notes rang. This is an opportunity here, however, their pay tribute to the work.

This transfer of power will inevitably be carried out but the sooner, the better our country will be. Today we witness a regeneration our forces and it is natural, like the REMEDY, they support a candidate representing the future, namely KHB. Commonalities binding KHB and this generation are numerous: the youth, freshness of ideas, creativity, "CLEANNESS" the intellectual background, a shared vision and Mauritania today tomorrow, among other . The marriage between KHB and young intellectuals are called to endure and withstand the test of time and, no doubt, he will survive to maturity of 6 June which matter the outcome.

For all these reasons, the remedy calls on all young Mauritanian intellectuals to join him and bring KHB to the highest office. Its coordinator, Mr. GUISSET Dialel , specialist studies and economic statistics, and all his companions, invite you to contact them in 602 66 66 or via rimremede @ gmail. com for a union of forces .

With the support of the remedy and other forces not less important, the candidate file KHB straight victory.

Pokemon Deluge Where To Get Legendaries

exclusive interview with the managing director of Kane Hamidou Baba candidate for europe and america

Cheikh Tidiane Diouwara is a young Mauritanian activist RFD, residing in Switzerland. He has been appointed CEO of the candidate's campaign Hamidou Kane Mr Baba. Mr Diouwara is also Chairman of the Forum of Foreign Lausanne, Board Member Executive LICRA Swiss section. Under its new mission in the campaign of Mr Hamidou Kane Baba, he agreed to answer questions from Riminfo.net.

RIMINFO: Mr Diouwara Hello and thank you for taking the time to submit questions to our users. Firstly, what can we learn from your personal journey as a young Mauritanian living outside the country?

Mr TIDIANE DIOUWARA : Thank you first for your invitation and hope that your portal can live as long as possible. Regarding your question, I reply that my personal background has given me great satisfaction to date. Since my arrival in Switzerland there are 15 years I have come a long way, and I am enriched by human experience very rewarding business. Living abroad, away from family and friends, is not always easy, but when one is surrounded, we reach beyond the difficulties of exile.

RIMINFO: How did you come to politics, despite the fact that you're far from home and perhaps its problems, its realities?

Mr TIDIANE DIOUWARA : I came to politics in a way quite natural. I always had a militant side, because I think to change things, we must get involved at one time or another. I began my commitment when I was a student in Morocco in the late 80s. At the time, I held including the post of Secretary General of ASEM (Association of Interns and Students Mauritanians in Morocco). While living abroad for a long time, I never lost interest in politics in my country. I go there very regularly, despite my many commitments and other professionals.

RIMINFO: You were a strong advocate of the WLN and we knew the candidate Hamidou Kane Baba inveterate an accomplice of the Mauritanian opposition leader Mr Ahmed O. Daddah. How have you experienced what some have called "split" between those two great politicians?

Mr TIDIANE DIOUWARA : The RFD has been and always will be a major political party. In her womb , there are strong personalities, great value, known for their consistency in their ideas. Dadddah Ahmed Ould Baba and Hamidou Kane are among those few. Basically, there no problem between these two political leaders, although their paths have separated for now. During the 2007 presidential elections, Messaoud Ould Boulkheir had chosen to support Sidi Ould Cheikh Abdallahi while everyone AODADDAH predisposed to support the 2nd round. Everyone had thought, in the RFD, that these two men never do this one day unite for a common struggle. But today they are in the same camp that opposes the holding of elections on June 6 So we have to relativize the misunderstanding that exists between Ould Daddah and Kane Hamidou Baba. These are two great politicians must be respected.

RIMINFO: In light of your approach to this "break", do you think your candidate Mr Hamidou Kane Baba has a chance of winning the next election? And if so, what are the strengths of its program, that make you do such a sign?

Mr TIDIANE DIOUWARA : I think our candidate has achieved the feat of uniting around him political figures and citizens of all stripes and even within the RFD, a large majority of elected local decided to support his candidacy. This means that the candidate is credible. In addition, the candidate has understood before others that the future of this country is its youth, and a good policy of national integration. Its political will to Mauritania to reconcile with itself.

RIMINFO: youth, especially youth but women also are very active in the program of your candidate and the diaspora that promises it, exactly?

Mauritania can not be emptied of its youth, and the candidate promised to these young people to pursue a policy of creating jobs that will allow efficient Mauritanians in general, youth in particular, to work and contribute to the development of their country. Our candidate, for example, promises to provide a subsidy to unemployed graduates to enable them to live until they find a job. Women are not left behind in the candidate's program, "they are the future of man." They should be able to make solid training. The applicant proposes, among other things, to grant special scholarships to students of technical and scientific disciplines. We have very few qualified women in these fields, so it is important that they benefit from programs of empowerment that will enable them to occupy positions which hitherto were mainly reserved for men. On Mauritanian diaspora, the candidate asked about their requests at its last international tour and at the appropriate time, the expectations of the Diaspora will be met.

RIMINFO: Regarding the voting itself, how would you vote for these Mauritanian diaspora, its organization, reliability, timeliness? Will you vote from Lausanne or you will return to this country?

Voting Mauritanians from the outside is important. It may even be decisive for the outcome. We hope that the State, through all its diplomatic and consular representations abroad, has taken all precautions to ensure that the votes of Mauritanians abroad happens in the best possible conditions. At this point, I must say that our candidate is, today, one that has the greatest number of committees support abroad and we are confident in the outcome of vote of 6 June. As for me, I will probably vote in Geneva.

RIMINFO: Mr Cheikh Tidiane Diouwara we reach the end of our conversation. Again, thank you kindly grant us this interview. Riminfo, through you, wish you success in your candidate.

"Dr. Kane Hamidou Baba, by his qualities intellectual, has always advocated for national unity, social justice and inclusion of youth and women in working life "indicate she incessant applause from the crowd. And continue to say that "his election program is a perfect illustration." Before concluding, Ms. Fall asked his colleagues to raise their families, their friends, their parents to go out and vote their maps useful for their candidate, Dr. KHB "to the evening of June 6, 2009, we raise the V for victory ". Yacine Fall, "vote for Dr. KHB is independent Mauritania voted for a democratic, united and prosperous. " Followed suit, Ms. Lam Youma returns Hassaniya language (Moorish) to say that KHB is a worthy son of the country who thinks the vulnerable. Besides, she says, the program clearly reflects the aspirations of the people. As for Ms. Racky Kane, speaking Pulaar, she feels the same way as its predecessors. In a very relaxed atmosphere, Racky has flaunted the virtues of this man who is seeking the highest office today in the country. His program, "she says, bluntly translates the aspirations of people long ignored. The vision of Dr. KHB meets this plural Mauritania which claimed his son. For its part, Ndeye Kunta in his clear and frank Wolof asked women to open their eyes and make a brainwashing program to examine the KHB. Because, she says, "if elected tomorrow, the country will change and we change too. It is change that is worthwhile and we will spare no effort to change this "she hammered amid a cheering crowd. To achieve this, it will say that when we speak of Mauritania, is ethnic diversity. So is the unity and unity is strength. To do this, she urged all women to mobilize for the candidature of the that embodies youth and women. Billé Wagué, Member of the accompanying delegation, also emphasized the value of the candidate and his program that deserves support to govern differently. Speaking Soninke, she will urge his community also presents the opportunity to mobilize for the election of KHB to the highest office. After these speakers, it was the turn of the National President of Women, Ms. Sow Ndeye Niang, to speak. Eloquent, charismatic, responsible for the women is not part of the bush. "You're back Today in history because your messages through your various interventions reflect your commitment to the candidate KHB. It will say on that occasion that his presence this day is nothing but an expression of a fierce battle for the interest of youth and women. "The time for applause and dancing under the tents are gone" she says. Because for Ms. Sow Ndeye Niang, the most important is the conviction that we think and what they say, is also moving forward to the end of his ambitions "dixit Ms. Sow. The national president of women say that for her and all women, the important thing is to say "enough." He continued: "Mauritania has a chance and that chance is its cultural diversity and historical legacy of our ancestors. Because Mauritanians of all ethnic groups have always lived together without problems, smoothly "she reveals. Then, she says, "why now politicians want to take the country hostage just for their personal interests crypto." Justifying his remarks, she will say that "if it was the name of social welfare, education, social cohesion, commitment, we would have understood. " Ms. Sow give the example of the DRC, Libera, Cote d'Ivoire to name but a few, the rich and economically strong countries have all experienced serious crises ever. "We do not need that in Mauritania because there is an interpenetration mixing, a blending of families. What is the diversity we have and the wealth of our people. " And therefore, says Sow, must preserve its achievements and save Mauritania any injurious consequences. "We are tired of applauding people who do nothing and are becoming richer, so Illicit while people are hungry. All our children have gone abroad far from their families, "she says indignantly. Finally, she says, "We are very pleased to find in you dynamic women, committed not afraid to say what they think and go through. We want a united Mauritania, diverse and thriving where everyone feels free. " 45 minutes were enough women in the Socogim PS led by Ms. Yacine Fall to express their clear desire to promote the candidacy of KHB. The output of the national delegation of women succeeded. Mobilization that have shown women Socogim the PS, is a perfect illustration.

Abundant in the same direction, his accomplice Bineta Guissé say that "the candidacy of KHB reassuring. Therefore, women and youth are behind him. We will win. KHB: Candidate Westerners
Mauritania did afford to alienate the international community? We must ask ourselves this crucial question, because of its response depends much on the future of our country. When large groups, subregional, regional and even continental form, our country increasingly isolated because of catastrophic political management which has enough little people pay the price. And I do not think our people will see the end of the tunnel if our style of management does not operate a dizzying shift in the years to come. Compared to our relations with the rest of the world, what do we see today? That international traders have decided to withdraw from our country and invest in other countries have the intelligence and pragmatism to open their doors. This is not the beginning of a timid return of some Western operators in our country that will reassure our people and enable them to dream. Far from it. We must open our eyes and have a panoramic view of what are the exchanges between international partners that the distant and recent history between them. A few days of June 6, our country is still not out of the woods of economic strangulation that may be ultimately fatal. Therefore, it is important for our constituents to accurately measure the stakes of this election.

Each candidate has declined his political program, or what serves and is supposed to get him membership of the Mauritanian people. However, proposed by the candidates against the economic stimulus programs that our country badly needs? Because our foreign trade, the West in particular, are primarily economic, Mauritanian citizens need to understand what the candidates propose that covet their votes. Apart from proposals KHB, points 30 to 38 of its program illustrating my point, I have not seen anything really crispy among other candidates. But the proposals will install KHB conditions for economic development that will inspire confidence in our foreign partners, by the way, will not "the job for us. " This is the price that our country, taking a respectability on the international level, as is the proposal 101, last but not the least relevant of the candidate. In addition to these proposals, the security aspect is also vital. In recent years, Westerners have packed up because of rampant insecurity that our country has ever known before. We know the importance given by Westerners to safety, stability and respect for justice, so if these fondementaux are not met, we may live in isolation. We must therefore reassure the world on these crucial points. During his last European tour, met with KHB European politicians with whom contact is very well. I personally exchanged with European parliamentarians and politicians of the PSOE (English), PASOK (Greece), Labour Party (Britain), SPD (Germany), SAP (Sweden), PvdA (Netherlands) , PSS (Switzerland), among others, and they all agree on the need for a profound change for our country and support the political project of KHB is acquired. The last world conference on racism, held in Geneva from April 20 to 24 last in which I participated, I found that KHB has truly favored by the West. The West, whose dream as Mauritanian youth and is one of the major concerns of the candidate is ready to make our country a locomotive for the rest of Africa because it must be remembered, our country, by positioning Geographically, is and remains attractive to Westerners who are eager to help him and to his people, to achieve development as hoped. For this reason and others which we have occasion to return, we must put our faith in a candidate who has already won the bet to win the trust of our partenairesinternationaux.

Interview Peya Gueye wife Kane Hamidou Baba candidate

"I am hopeful that the mobilization of women both inside and outside Mauritania bear fruit in the evening of June 6, 2009. "

Ms. Kane Gueye Peya, wife of candidate Hamidou Kane Baba is a prominent figure in Mauritania with regard to its dynamism in the economic sector which occupies the last twenty years. In this exclusive interview, that which we consider as an Amazon talks about the interest that the policy creates through its activities and considers the candidacy of her husband, as the KHB unique opportunity for the Mauritanian people to break with old habits fatal thirty years that have ravaged this country. According to Ms. Kane, the time has come for the Mauritanian, all communities are aware of the extraordinary opportunity that gives young KHB which he dedicated his candidacy and women with whom he shares an ideal and a social project for Mauritania resolutely turned towards the future. Maintenance.

Q: We always say that behind a great man there is a great lady. You be the wife of the candidate Hamidou Kane Baba who is seeking the highest office the country. Who is this really great lady who hides behind a great man who is the candidate Hamidou Kane Baba?

Peya Gueye : I'm Mrs. Kane Gueye Peya, businessmen and businesswoman. I'm in business for twenty years. But I'm a bit lost because I used to work in the background.

Q. What explains your presence at RFD alongside your husband. This means that you fight the WLN?

PG: I always accompanied my husband in the party RFD. Because as a wife, I wanted to make my contribution to envisage the future as what just happened. And to look ahead, we must take the first step in integrating a political party. Here today, Mr. Kane has taken a wise and courageous decision to seek the highest office seeking the suffrage of the people of Mauritania. If he was misunderstood Mauritanians and political circles, it did not take this heavy responsibility.

Q: Ms. Kane is it something to do with the decision to depart from her husband and run RFD for the first time the highest office?

PG: I have not influenced my husband in his decision making. He took his own decision after careful thought. I certainly made some sense in this advice at first. But we must recognize that he alone made the decision and responsibility.

Q: Is Mrs. Kane now aspiring to become the first lady of Mauritania is fully participating to contribute to the election of her husband?

PG: Of course. I am working discreetly but thoroughly through my relationship as a woman. I mostly this niche to mobilize women voters in favor of the nomination of my husband. I emphasize that I am working in the shadows because it is my habit.

Q: What actions are you asked specifically to support the candidacy of your husband?

PG: I accompanied him through his missions and contacts with the Mauritanians. But more importantly, I have mobilized a lot of women inside and outside Mauritania. And I am hopeful that this will bear fruit in time. In Nouakchott, for example, I helped to boost the female population which constitutes an important constituency. You know, when the feminine element involved in what you do, you're likely to succeed. Besides, it's not for nothing that the candidate has Kane focused its program on youth and women because they are important social categories and it is they who are most vulnerable and sensitive. In any event, I am a complementary element to my husband candidate.
In another vein, I use my parents, my friends to help my husband in this campaign. It's hard but I am a woman fighting even if I work so go unnoticed.

Q: Have you hope for the election of your husband to the highest office in the evening of 06 June?

PG: Why not! I'm sure if the confidence Mauritanians devote to the candidacy of Mr. Kane materializes, he will win for sure. Besides, I have always been confident in everything I do. Better still, we're not going into the arena with pessimism. I think we rejoice at the return of the arena.

Q: What Ms. Kane based his hopes?

PG: My hopes are based on the personality of Mr. Kane, his intellect, his intellect, his proven political experience, his mastery of public affairs and the love he has for the Mauritanians and the country.

Q: If tomorrow you become the first lady of Mauritania, what are your priorities for Mauritanian women?

PG: First, my priority will be the participation of women in decision-making. Women are absent from the political arena. It is true that we had granted a participation rate of women in public service 20% but this was not enough and women are still injured and / or frustrated. I will bring projects to women so they can work and become complementary strengths in the management of outbreaks. And here I speak for all women not just those Mauritania in Nouakchott.

Q: So what call start blogging women for this purpose?

PG: I am speaking especially to all women, my sisters and friends. We must wake up. It's now or never. This country has long been led by men and women who have never had a place that suits their daily concerns. It is fortunate that they were available this time. I therefore appeal to all women involved in politics, to rally around the candidacy of Kane Hamidou Baba who is the candidate of hope, youth and women to find tomorrow their rightful place completely and permanently.

Sheikh Tidjane Diouwara wrote: KHB, the candidate of diversity

With the next presidential election of June 6 Mauritania is at a crossroads, and its future will be decided on the basis of this election has done a lot of turmoil so far. The deadline is approaching fast, and despite the different mediations or being aborted, it is clear that different candidates have already put in order of battle and apply as they can to convince voters to go to Mauritania polls and cast their ballot famous for their preferred candidate. If a candidate whose seriousness and credibility are indisputable, it is indeed KHB. Several reasons lead me to make such a statement. I will mention some essentially. The course candidate's political imposes the greatest respect, has he not fought for nearly two decades for Mauritania fair, egalitarian, pluralistic, where all his children could get together and work hand in hand without any a priori? Alternately press as President of the Republic, member of the opposition Democratic, Vice President of the National Assembly and presidential candidate now, KHB has never stopped fighting his fight and will probably not finish after June 6 His latest feat of arms to date, convincing a large segment of the WLN not get out-of political debate was not the easiest, and what we see today reinforces our notion that Mr has guts and flair. He managed to unite around him whole sections of this great party, from all ethnicities, all socioeconomic groups, so that its legitimacy now spends almost for granted. The latest and rallying to his many political project attest, and I dare say, the best is yet to come. Looking through his political program, we can see that KHB has at least the merit of clarity and readability for the average citizen because it explains in very clear that other candidates will strive to explain the unnecessary rhetoric, sophistry bland, and often tinged here and there of unrealistic promises. KHB's speech, which makes youth the focus of his speech was apparently carrying a vein because the other candidates have not hesitated to follow suit on this ground, would it still be able to use the Similarly the power of persuasion that KHB, which as we know, is a born orator. His last visit to the TVM has finally convinced the few people who doubted his capacity
great man of state and likely future tenant ocher palace, why not? Its slogan, by itself, maintains the hope and dream to see this country ruled otherwise, as KHB likes to say, and this hope, youth Mauritanian understood that it can be symbolized by a man Cases have never splashed. In other words, KHB, enjoys considerable advantage
to be "new", not having succumbed to the lure of power, have remained faithful to his line. The youth of our country never makes a mistake, she trusted so much of our political leaders and has always found on the floor, left to itself. This youth, without doubt, throw his sights on KHB.

In addition to his interest, I can say of his declaration of love for the youth of our country, a major part of the candidate's program is undoubtedly his ambition to see a rise Mauritania reconciled with itself, in this connection the return from Mauritania to its natural role of buffer state, as would the other white between Africa and black Africa will allow all citizens of this country to be in the candidate's program. The reintegration of our country in various regional groupings and sub-regional is a necessary step, even necessary, reconstruction of our national unity.

Internationally, it is unnecessary to remind voters that KHB has a reputation of credibility and respectability that make him a focal point for our foreign partners, particularly Western. With a team of effective communication and field workers versed in the intricacies of electoral contests, KHB has already reassured our compatriots in the diaspora. Many assets that make June 6 may be a historic day for Mauritania, led by KHB.

The candidate of national integration, the TVM KHB: the frame of my program is the policy of national integration.

Our country through Mauritania today a multifaceted crisis, a crisis marked by the absence of national debate, the lack of dialogue and that could take our country hostage. "The hope of youth, the candidate of national integration, KHB expressed yesterday in the TVM, a hopeful message for participation in the presidential elections of 6 / 6, to keep intact the flame that feeds the people mauritanien.Le candidate's speeches, KHB

"My dear compatriots, in a few days, we will go in the presidential elections, as everybody knows, the presidential election is a moment in the life of the nation, and therefore each and everyone of us is put in front of his responsibilities historiques.Responsabilités historic for our country Mauritania facing a crisis multiforme, a crisis marked by the absence of national debate, the lack of dialogue and that could take our country in this situation otage.Face face of this multifaceted crisis, it is our duty to go to these presidential elections to nourish hope, to keep the flame of hope for the people intact Mauritania. is time to take a decision to participate in these elections and I think I can say, and I am Already by the events that took place throughout the country, the Mauritanian people will be there in these elections présidentielles.Il has won the battle of participation, it is of course to improve the way we've come in doing politics differently and it is possible to do politics differently autrement.Faire policy is of course out of the blocks, out of lucidity, of traditional patterns to give hope to our youth in particular, to give hope to the people mauritanien.Ce that the Mauritanian people expected of us today, as tomorrow is a country first reconciled itself. Also a country where life is good. This is possible by governing autrement.Cela is possible by directing us firmly towards the economic and social development, with equity. You know, I proposed a government program, the frame of my program is the policy of integration nationale.Ce program as you can see has been available in several sizes, the political dimension, economic dimension, the cultural and social dimension and I would say the sporting dimension, thinking particularly of youth, thinking in particular the need to ensure that youth have a healthy mind in a body sain.Je also want to say tonight to all Mauritanians, another policy is possible in our country. This policy, would have to first of all ensure that we have institutions that can seduce your hommes.Voilà why the government program that I proposed, should be foremost recreate the dialogue, recreate or sew up the son of dialogue that have been broken by the establishment of a unity government nationale.Une another proposal and I think we need to do so expired, of course it is streamlining our political institutions. The Senate is it useful? The Economic and Social Council also is it? These are institutions that call for reflection on our part to find out tomorrow what we can to maintain a relatively poor country, even if it is potentially rich but for a country must ensure that its resources are used, which should ensure that good governance is ensured. I look elsewhere set up, creating a national agency to fight against corruption, because there is evil we vivons.Nous certainly have few resources, but they are often misused and unfortunately, they are used by those who have a little more than autres.Je also mean that the policy of promoting national integration I mean, is a policy that looks beyond national reconciliation to create conditions for greater harmony, better integration in terms of education, in terms of health and I would even say in terms of culture, a form of cultural interpenetration, faithful to that, this historical legacy. And our country, Mauritania has to bear all these héritages.C is in any case is the meaning of the message I wanted to convey to the people of Mauritania, especially the youth who is inquiète.Inquiète its future, legitimately concerned, but simply seeks the well-being and this is possible.Cela is possible if we begin to build our future together, but the future is built dice today. This is possible in dealing with problems of youth are problems of employment, education, but also problems of leisure. This is possible if the Mauritanian occur again around the table, since we are a country that is not too crowded, a country with immense potential, they respect of fisheries resources, agricultural resources, fishing ... but as long as these resources are also used to good effect. Finally the message that I have this evening and that is addressed to all the people of Mauritania, is asking all young men and women, to rally behind the point. The key is out of our political-bickering politicians. The key is to think, reflect on the future of Mauritania is being built again today . The key again is to put in place institutions that can oversteering your men. That is the meaning of the message I sent on the day of the campaign, especially youth, who understood the meaning of my struggle, who understood that my fight is his. I have already indicated that the Mauritanian youth, the true youth is the courage to serve its convictions.Et that true youth is also the courage to serve the public interest. And I have no doubt tonight that this message will again be understood by all Mauritaniens.Je no doubt tonight that Mauritanians are firmly committed to the path of the future that goes through the presidential elections , passing through participation, having won the way of participation, I'm sure we won the victory. New Born Baby Wishes And Comments

Program candidate

Letter candidate

My fellow
Soon we will go to the polls for the presidential election is a moment in the political life of the nation and an ideal opportunity for us all to take responsibility for the fate of the country.
As you all know, unfortunately the current situation is characterized by a widespread crisis, unprecedented, which can lead at any moment on a dramatic social implosion.
However, it is possible to overcome this serious impasse. Just the will and firm commitment in a political dialogue for saving lives. Just do politics differently.
is why my application is first and primarily the duty to renew the son of the broken dialogue, dialogue essential to the reconstruction of civil peace and the resumption of economic and social development of our country.
My candidacy is also one of hope that another politics is possible and that the Mauritanian people deserve an alternative at the current stagnation of the parties in conflict.
Finally, my candidacy is that of the future but a future that is built today. So I decided to dedicate this nomination to the Mauritanian youth, this youth legitimately worried and yet a keen Mauritania able to offer welfare.
We need to do this, we boldly engage in a genuine policy of national integration, the cornerstone of my program through extensive and profound reforms based on the values shared and which are: Islam, national unity, Social Justice, Democracy and Development Economic and Social Equity.
Mauritanians, particularly young people want respect for their rights, better education, employment and recreation. These legitimate ambitions are supported by my program.

I do not forget our compatriots from the outside which The main concerns are ours. A reflection will be conducted with them to find appropriate solutions to their specific situations.
We must now work to build the future of Mauritania with institutions more refurbished office space in a more pacified.

Finally, my dear compatriots,
Today, before our eyes, God the almighty and merciful, we offer the opportunity to draw Mauritania tomorrow.
I'm sure like me you want a more united Mauritania, more fraternal, more just and more united. All together, youth, women and men, we must commit ourselves to achieve it.
Also, I count on your commitment and thank you in advance for your support.

Hamidou Kane BABA

101 PROPOSALS FOR STEERING OTHERWISE

POSITION PROBLEMS

There are about half a century our country has acceded to international sovereignty. A retrospective objective of our journey can easily identify the major challenges we face, chief among which is the construction of a modern, fair and strong, because respectable and respected. Another challenge is fragility of our ecosystems with the result that most over the past three decades, three quarters of the population are concentrated in 5% of the country, thus posing serious problems in terms of planning.

Politically, the social divisions arising from damage to the national unity and social cohesion is still a threat that weighs on our critical path to peace and equitable development of our country. The vagaries of the political class have hijacked our people from their real concerns, namely to improve continued well-being through material goods (food, housing, access to basic social services, adequate infrastructure, availability of utilities, etc.). and other goods, which, to be immaterial, n 'to remain no less vital (democracy, civil liberties, respect for human rights, etc..).

Given our heritage, but especially the chaotic management of public affairs made in recent decades, the state and its agencies were unable or able to meet the demands of a new citizenship, mortgaging dangerously the future of our youth. Certainly, the modern state has faced a series of environmental considerations, institutional, economic, social, and cultural, but these elements have been seriously compounded by the absence of the rule of law, which s was manifested by: (i) institutional weaknesses, (ii) the emptiness of safeguards regarding the exercise of public and individual liberties, (iii) loss of trust between the judiciary and the litigant, and, (iv) the moral decay of the administrative apparatus. The decay of the state where its main location causes.

The prevalence of arbitrary decisions and opaque management, such as the spread of corruption in all its forms, explain, in turn, malfunctions that have virtually destroyed the capacity of government to regulate life public. Other factors have contributed greatly to overcome the effects of direct and induced government policies on poverty reduction including: (i) the failures of the management of human resources (education and health in particular), (ii) conditions Force officials, (iii) the impoverishment of the civilian and military retirees, related to the stagnation of pensions, (iv) the poor performance of training programs resulting in a low-quality public service, and finally (v) government still insufficiently open to users and the problems of citizens.

Moreover, if decentralization undertaken since 1986, has allowed the emergence of a local elite, cutting the Commons and their functionality is not a major handicap on the chances of a sustainable local development. Moreover, it lacked a certain vision of decentralization, based necessarily on good service devolution the state and the provision of infrastructure and populations utilities, based on a national scheme of planning.

To be effective, the fight against poverty must invest in rural areas, and this, especially as the importance of migration to the capital remains strong, resulting in growth of the population of Nouakchott the order of 5% per year, also contributing to increasing social demands in urban areas. In a context of globalization, it is wrong to consider that our country is only a transit country to immigration to the North. It is also an area which combines terrorists and drug dealers, and this is even more dangerous than our youth is a victim of unemployment, loss of landmarks and the attractiveness of immigration towards Europe within 2000 km of borders.

This government program is intended as a social project whose plot is based on a policy of national integration. Of the 101 proposals that follow are a variation of the dimensions of this national integration that have their source in our Islamic values, our rich cultural diversity and our responsibility before history and face the future our youth.
