My fellow
Soon we will go to the polls for the presidential election is a moment in the political life of the nation and an ideal opportunity for us all to take responsibility for the fate of the country.
As you all know, unfortunately the current situation is characterized by a widespread crisis, unprecedented, which can lead at any moment on a dramatic social implosion.
However, it is possible to overcome this serious impasse. Just the will and firm commitment in a political dialogue for saving lives. Just do politics differently.
is why my application is first and primarily the duty to renew the son of the broken dialogue, dialogue essential to the reconstruction of civil peace and the resumption of economic and social development of our country.
My candidacy is also one of hope that another politics is possible and that the Mauritanian people deserve an alternative at the current stagnation of the parties in conflict.
Finally, my candidacy is that of the future but a future that is built today. So I decided to dedicate this nomination to the Mauritanian youth, this youth legitimately worried and yet a keen Mauritania able to offer welfare.
We need to do this, we boldly engage in a genuine policy of national integration, the cornerstone of my program through extensive and profound reforms based on the values shared and which are: Islam, national unity, Social Justice, Democracy and Development Economic and Social Equity.
Mauritanians, particularly young people want respect for their rights, better education, employment and recreation. These legitimate ambitions are supported by my program.
I do not forget our compatriots from the outside which The main concerns are ours. A reflection will be conducted with them to find appropriate solutions to their specific situations.
We must now work to build the future of Mauritania with institutions more refurbished office space in a more pacified.
Finally, my dear compatriots,
Today, before our eyes, God the almighty and merciful, we offer the opportunity to draw Mauritania tomorrow.
I'm sure like me you want a more united Mauritania, more fraternal, more just and more united. All together, youth, women and men, we must commit ourselves to achieve it.
Also, I count on your commitment and thank you in advance for your support.

101 PROPOSALS FOR STEERING OTHERWISE POSITION PROBLEMS There are about half a century our country has acceded to international sovereignty. A retrospective objective of our journey can easily identify the major challenges we face, chief among which is the construction of a modern, fair and strong, because respectable and respected. Another challenge is fragility of our ecosystems with the result that most over the past three decades, three quarters of the population are concentrated in 5% of the country, thus posing serious problems in terms of planning.
Politically, the social divisions arising from damage to the national unity and social cohesion is still a threat that weighs on our critical path to peace and equitable development of our country. The vagaries of the political class have hijacked our people from their real concerns, namely to improve continued well-being through material goods (food, housing, access to basic social services, adequate infrastructure, availability of utilities, etc.). and other goods, which, to be immaterial, n 'to remain no less vital (democracy, civil liberties, respect for human rights, etc..).
Given our heritage, but especially the chaotic management of public affairs made in recent decades, the state and its agencies were unable or able to meet the demands of a new citizenship, mortgaging dangerously the future of our youth. Certainly, the modern state has faced a series of environmental considerations, institutional, economic, social, and cultural, but these elements have been seriously compounded by the absence of the rule of law, which s was manifested by: (i) institutional weaknesses, (ii) the emptiness of safeguards regarding the exercise of public and individual liberties, (iii) loss of trust between the judiciary and the litigant, and, (iv) the moral decay of the administrative apparatus. The decay of the state where its main location causes.
The prevalence of arbitrary decisions and opaque management, such as the spread of corruption in all its forms, explain, in turn, malfunctions that have virtually destroyed the capacity of government to regulate life public. Other factors have contributed greatly to overcome the effects of direct and induced government policies on poverty reduction including: (i) the failures of the management of human resources (education and health in particular), (ii) conditions Force officials, (iii) the impoverishment of the civilian and military retirees, related to the stagnation of pensions, (iv) the poor performance of training programs resulting in a low-quality public service, and finally (v) government still insufficiently open to users and the problems of citizens.
Moreover, if decentralization undertaken since 1986, has allowed the emergence of a local elite, cutting the Commons and their functionality is not a major handicap on the chances of a sustainable local development. Moreover, it lacked a certain vision of decentralization, based necessarily on good service devolution the state and the provision of infrastructure and populations utilities, based on a national scheme of planning.
To be effective, the fight against poverty must invest in rural areas, and this, especially as the importance of migration to the capital remains strong, resulting in growth of the population of Nouakchott the order of 5% per year, also contributing to increasing social demands in urban areas. In a context of globalization, it is wrong to consider that our country is only a transit country to immigration to the North. It is also an area which combines terrorists and drug dealers, and this is even more dangerous than our youth is a victim of unemployment, loss of landmarks and the attractiveness of immigration towards Europe within 2000 km of borders.
This government program is intended as a social project whose plot is based on a policy of national integration.
